Resilience Curriculum

LeaderShape’s two-hour, in-person program curriculum  is designed to be used to help college students build practical skills for managing change and uncertainty—an essential part of personal growth during their academic and professional journeys. Through engaging activities and thoughtful reflection, participants will explore key strategies for staying grounded, flexible, and supportive—both for themselves and others—when facing challenges or shifting circumstances.

This experience also encourages students to: 

• Develop greater self-awareness about how they respond to stress and change.
• Strengthen their ability to adapt and make thoughtful decisions in the face of the unexpected.
• Build confidence in their capacity to overcome obstacles and support their peers.
• Take ownership of their personal growth by applying these skills in everyday life.

By focusing on these areas, students not only learn to manage life’s challenges more effectively, but also cultivate habits that contribute to their long-term success and well-being.

This purchase includes: 

• A facilitator guide to help prepare facilitators before their session and provide guidance during the session. This guide includes slide numbers from the presentation as well as participant page numbers to refer to during the session.
• A slide presentation to use during the session. 
• A participant manual for everyone in each session to use.
• Quarterly virtual coaching sessions with the LeaderShape staff

Once you've purchased Resilience, you can facilitate the program as many times as you like. Anyone on your campus can utilize these materials as they are written to facilitate the program on your campus. More than one person on your campus can facilitate this program.
